5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times vary by location and fulfillment schedules from Lulu.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays once your item is in transit.

Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products:

  • All sales are final.

  • Returns and refunds are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective. If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at divinesnotes@gmail.com with photo evidence.
