Returns/Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. After this window, we begin processing and cannot guarantee cancellation.

Refunds/Exchanges
Because each journal is created with care and often made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us in the contact link or at divinesnotes@gmail.com. within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.

 

Refund Approval

Once the refund request is received, it will be assessed based on the provided information. We reserve the right to approve or reject refund requests based on the nature of the request and our refund policy. If the refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process within seven business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.
